Transcript Requests

For transcript requests, please send an email to MirajIslamicSchool@mirajschool.org. Please indicate:

1. Your first and last name
2. Graduation or discharge year
3. Date of birth
4. Telephone number
   
5. The email address where you would like to send the transcript (if other than your own)

Pick ups are also available during regularly scheduled school hours.
